Exercise

Exercise is important to the body but also the mind. It is an important piece on ones life and in America it isn't seen as important as other places. We have recommendations that we get atlas 150 minutes of moderate exercise a year. That is different for each person but if you were to walk 30 minutes a day for 5 days you would do more then reach the requirements. Walking on a treadmill, trail outside, weightlifting and sports are al fantastic decisions.

Sports

Sports are a great way to get in some exercise due to the fact that you work it while have fun playing a game you enjoy. Individual sports such as weightlifting and marathons are excellent choices. If team sports are your thing maybe try something new like water polo or Jiu-Jitsu. I can attest to the physical requirements of both.

​Perform Each Exercise 30-60 seconds each (depending on your current fitness level. Repeat the full set of exercises 1-3 times.

  1. Squats 

  2. Crab Dips 

  3. Donkey Kicks

  4. Russian Twists

  5. In-Out/Shoulder Taps 

  6. Jump Squats

  7. Push-Ups

  8. Alternating Reverse Lunges

  9. Sit-Ups

  10. Burpees
